I. N. Strickler

We failed to mention last week the death of I. N. Strickler, father of our Jewelryman, Wm. Strickler, who died in Sheldon, Ill. from a paralytic stroke on last Wednesday morning. Mr. Strickler was an old citizen of Hunter and has scores of friends here as well as in Hunter who regret his death very much. He was a Mason, belonging to the Brinkley chapter. The remains were buried in the cemetery at Sheldon, Ill. last Friday. He is survived by a wife and six children, among them being Wm. Strickler of this city, Homer Strickler of Hunter, Mrs. Porter of Hunter, Henry Strickler of Sheldon, Ill. and Mrs. P. B. Weeks of Sheldon, Ill.
