Frank Mitchell

A young man by the name of Frank Mitchell was killed Tuesday at Judge Word’s gin near Spring Creek. He was endeavoring to start the fly wheel off and in some way got his clothing caught in the belt and in a flash he was jerked into the machinery. This is the same gin in which Judge Word was so unfortunate as to lose his arm not so very long since.
