Opal Miller 

On Thursday lst while playing, the clothing of little Opal Miller, 4 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Earnest Miller, on West Cedar Street, caught fire and before the fire could be extinguished the little girl received injuries from which she died on Friday morning. The father of the little girl, Earnest Miller, the shoe man, was in Hot Springs sick when the news reached him. He came home to attend the funeral despite his illness. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Roswell Davis at Oaklawn Cemetery.
