To be interred in a plain walnut casket in Evergreen Cemetery (executor to purchase lot in name of wife)
Wife: Sallie S. Humphries
Children: Sallie Key; Eudora Woodyard; William J., Maggie, Neena?, Hattie, Ferd., Edna, & Milton Humphries (the last two children - Edna & Milton, children by wife Sallie S.)
Each of the above children to receive $5.00. Son W. J. to receive 2 mules, wagon, plows & etc.
Wife Sallie S. to receive residue of property, real, personal & mixed, stock in the Peoples Savings Bank & Trust Co., stock in the Home Mutual & Peoples Building and Loan Assoc., interest in the crops on the Humphries place near Trenton, live stock, Abstract B__les? & Business, 1/2 interest in the Hogan? place & all other property, to be used, controlled and enjoyed by her as she may see and deem just, best & proper for herself and my 2 children by her, Edna and Milton, my other children having already received from me more than the 2 last named can ever receive by means of this bequest.
Lee Pendergrass nominated & appointed Executor.
