Eliza A. (Ramsey) Hawkins

Obituary: Mrs. Eliza A. Hawkins (nee Ramsey) was born in Georgia. She was married to Mr. W. M. Hawkins in January 1859 and moved to Arkansas in 1867. She professed religion and united with the M. E. Church S. in 1868 and afterwards attached herself to the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and remained a consistent member until her death, which occurred in Brinkley, Ark. April 4, 1898. Mrs. Hawkins was a devoted wife and mother, kind friend and neighbor and a faithful christian and church member.
