And now on this day came and appeared before me the undersigned Clerk of said Court in aforesaid county, Jehoida Halsell and makes application for Letters of Administration of the estate of Calvin Halsell, dec’d, and the said Jehoida Halsell having filed for his affidavit and his Bond with sufficient security according to the law which is approved by me. It is therefore ordered that Letters of Administration be granted to the said Jehoida Halsell in accordance with said application which is accordingly done.

Ordered by the Court that the bond of Jehoida Halsell taken by the Clerk in Vacation as Administrator of the estate of John C. Halsell, dec’d, be and the same is hereby approved and the Letters of Administration issued to him be confirmed.

First annual settlement of Jehoida Holsell, as Guardian of Thomas Holsell and Sarah Holsell, minor heirs of Alfred Holsell, dec’d, which was this day presenied to the Court for examination and it is ordered thereupon by the Court that the same be continued until the next term thereof for confirmation.
