Mrs. John Grimes

Brinkley: Mrs. John Grimes, wife of one of our best citizens, died very suddenly on Sunday evening, Sept. 4. She had a light chill on the day previous and had been taking chill tonic and was thought to be well. She was sitting in a chair, Mr. Grimes was feeding his stock and her daughter, Bettie, was getting supper when she fell out of her chair, dead.
