Resolutions of Respect... Whereas, it has pleased our Heavenly Father to call from her family and from our society Sister Georgia Griffin, was called from her family and from her family and from us at this time. We know that God does all things well and takes us at His will. Therefore, be it resolved that we, the members of the Wheatley W. M. U. of the Wheatley Baptist Church, try and Emulate the life of our beloved departed Sister and let her example while with us here be as a beacon light to draw us closer to our Master. Be it further resolved that we extend our most heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved husband and three little children who are in such deep affliction over the sad loss of wife and mother, that a copy of these resolutions be placed on the minutes of our society and a copy be furnished her family and copies be sent both to the Baptist Adyance (sic) and Brinkley Argus for publication. Signed: Mrs. J. A. Sargeant, Mrs. E. N. Harrod, Mrs. C. Brateher (sic), Mrs. W. S. Hemenway - Committee.
