Infant Son Brown

Mrs. and Mrs. Wade Hampton Brown of Harrisburg came to Brinkley Monday afternoon, bringing the body of their infant son for burial at Oaklawn Cemetery, in the Cargill family lot.
Mrs. Brown will be remembered by many old Brinkleyites as Miss Alta Brooks, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Brooks, who resided here and were in the drug business some 20 years ago.
The funeral of the little babe was held Tuesday from the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robt. I. Hurst on south N.O. Ave., Rev. Allen officiating.
Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Brooks and Mrs. Harvey Erwin of Marvell were in attendance at the funeral.
The Argus tenders sincerest sympathy to the bereaved ones on their sad affliction.
