Brand Cemetery

Also known as Oakland Cemetery, Brooks Graveyary, or Hill Cemetery

This cemetery was originally recorded in 1987 and published in the Tri-County Journal, Vol. 3, No. 1., along with a copy of the original deed in the name of Oakland Cemetery. Since, many names have been added from family sources and funeral home records. Located in the southwest corner of Section 7, Range 2South, Township 5 East. Also referred to as Hill and as Brooks Graveyard. As recorded in 1987 by Julia Aitken and Wanda Ridge:
